This Privacy Policy describes how Limit Proof Life LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), operating the website michaelnfineman.com (the "Site"), collects, uses, and shares information about you.
The Site is the speaker and author site of Michael N. Fineman, owned and operated through Limit Proof Life LLC. It presents his speaking, his books, and the podcast he hosts with Joe Pellegrino, Dots to Dashes (coming soon). The Site sells nothing.
By using the Site, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

- Usage data - pages requested, time of the request, and referring URL

- Social media platforms - when you interact with our content on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, or YouTube, we may receive engagement data from those platforms
- Referrals - if someone introduces you to us, we may receive your contact information from them

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Site serves its fonts, images, and its own video from this domain, and it uses no advertising pixels. The technologies below are the ones that can run on it.
- Strictly necessary - our host, Cloudflare, may set a cookie to protect the Site from automated abuse
- Embedded video - videos from YouTube load in privacy-enhanced mode and only after you press play; once playing, YouTube may set cookies or store information on your device under its own privacy policy
How to control cookies: Manage cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect site functionality. The Site does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals, but we respect Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where required by state law.
6. Your Privacy Rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:
- Access - request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Correct - request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
- Delete - request deletion of your personal information
- Port - request your information in a portable, machine-readable format
- Opt out of marketing - unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time
- Withdraw consent - where processing is based on consent
To exercise any of these rights, email team@authoritydriftbook.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We will respond within 45 days. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
7. California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)
California residents have additional rights under the CCPA / CPRA: the right to know what categories of personal information we collect, the right to delete, the right to correct, the right to opt out of sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, the right to limit use of sensitive personal information, and the right to non-discrimination.
We do not sell personal information, and the Site does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To make a request, email team@authoritydriftbook.com with "Privacy Request" in the subject line.
8. Other U.S. State Privacy Rights
Residents of Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), Utah (UCPA), Texas (TDPSA), Montana, Oregon, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and port personal data, and to opt out of targeted advertising and sale of personal data. 9. International Visitors and GDPR
The Site is operated from the United States. If you visit from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to, processed, and stored in the United States. EEA, UK, and Swiss residents have rights under GDPR including the right to lodge a complaint with a local data protection authority. Cross-border transfers rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses).
10. Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for adults (age 18 and older). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have, contact us at team@authoritydriftbook.com.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to respond to you, maintain an active working relationship, comply with tax, accounting, and legal obligations, and enforce our agreements. Then we securely delete or anonymize it.

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards: encrypted data transmission (SSL/TLS), access controls, secure authentication, and regular review of our security practices. No method of transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure.
13. Third-Party Links
The Site links to third-party websites, including YouTube, authoritydrift.com, and impaqtlab.com. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.
14. Marketing Communications
When you contact us or send an inquiry, we use your details to reply. You receive marketing emails about Michael N. Fineman, The Dot Connector Method, The Authority Drift, and related Limit Proof Life LLC offerings only if you agree to them. Unsubscribe any time via the link at the bottom of any marketing email or by emailing team@authoritydriftbook.com.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date and post the revised policy on the Site. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
