1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website michaelnfineman.com (the "Site") and the information it publishes about the speaking, books, and podcast of Michael N. Fineman (the "Content"), operated by Limit Proof Life LLC ("we," "us," "our").
By accessing the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
4. Speaking Inquiries
The Site describes Michael N. Fineman's speaking, books, and podcast. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell. Sending an inquiry does not book an engagement: an engagement is confirmed only in a separate written agreement, and that agreement's terms govern it.
5. License and Intellectual Property
All Content on the Site - including the books presented on it, the keynote titles and descriptions, the podcast Dots to Dashes, videos, photographs, audio, written copy, logos, marks, designs, and The Dot Connector Method - is owned by or licensed to Limit Proof Life LLC and protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view the Site and its Content for your personal, non-commercial use. Event organizers may also use the short bio and press headshot offered on the About page to introduce and promote an event featuring Michael N. Fineman.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, redistribute, or resell our Content
- Record, download, or extract video or audio content unless explicitly permitted
- Use our Content to train AI or machine learning models
- Remove copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
- Use The Dot Connector Method, the Authority Reset brand, or their marks or frameworks for your own coaching, training, speaking, or commercial offering without express written permission
6. User Content
If you send us a testimonial or other material for use on the Site ("User Content"), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that User Content in connection with operating and promoting the Site and the work of Michael N. Fineman.
You represent that you own or have the right to submit any User Content you contribute, and that it does not violate any third party's rights.
7. Disclaimers
The Site and its Content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your expectations.
No professional advice. Content on the Site is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not therapy, medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, or any form of regulated professional service. We are not a substitute for qualified professionals. 8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Limit Proof Life LLC, its officers, members, employees, or contractors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site - even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Site is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or $200, whichever is greater.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Limit Proof Life LLC and its officers, members, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third-party right.
10. Third-Party Services and Links
The Site links to and embeds third-party platforms and sites, including YouTube, authoritydrift.com, and impaqtlab.com. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
11. Termination
We may suspend or restrict your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, indemnification, limitations of liability, dispute resolution, miscellaneous) will survive.
12. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date and post the revised Terms on the Site. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Martin County, Florida, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
Before filing any claim, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by emailing team@authoritydriftbook.com. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, either party may pursue formal resolution.
14. Miscellaneous
- Entire Agreement. These Terms (together with the Privacy Policy and any policies referenced in either) constitute the entire agreement between you and Limit Proof Life LLC regarding the Site.
- Severability. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
- No Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
- Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms freely.
- Force Majeure. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
